Refunding and Returns Policy

100% refund if you don’t see dolphins

Our refund and returns policy lasts maximum 30 minutes after finished tour. If 30 minutes have passed since the end of the tour, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


If your request is approved, we will refund price of the tour. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of cash payment we will refund you the amount immediately.


If you don’t see dolphins you can use your ticket for every next available tour till you see them.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
